Nurse Retention Initiative

The SatisfactionWorks Nurse Retention Initiative is a collaborative effort funded by over 35 participating hospitals to reduce nurse turnover and vacancies. Its purpose is to clarify the reasons behind nurse turnover in each participating hospital and to provide direction for reducing turnover and vacancies. Key to the effort is a database developed from over 14,000 hospital nurse responses representing over 35 hospitals in 5 states.
